🚀ICCD 2025 CONFERENCE
COIN3D PhD candidates Maria Pantazi and George Gkountroumanis travelled to Dallas for ICCD 2025. George took the stage to present our work, “3DPX – An Open-Source Methodology for 3D Physical Design Exploration”. George’s presentation attracted strong interest from attendees, reflecting the growing importance of open-source approaches for 3D physical design.
During the conference, they connected with experts from academia and industry and took part in insightful discussions on 3D integration, EDA tools, and future design challenges. They also took the opportunity to disseminate the COIN3D project and its ongoing activities.
The team returned with valuable insights and fresh perspectives that will help support the next steps in the project’s development.
