During the event, we had the opportunity to present the research activities of the COIN-3D Project, focusing on reliability-aware design methodologies for next-generation electronic systems, including 2.5D/3D chiplet architectures and advanced EDA tools.
It was a great experience to share our work and exchange ideas with the audience, and we truly appreciate the engaging discussions that followed.
